GATEWAY STUDY GROUPS

Gateway 1 and 2 Courses: Curriculum by homeopath Joette Calabrese and led by study group leader Nicole Pavlik, RN

Gateway 1 Course: This is an in depth introduction to homeopathy course. This course is meant for all levels, whether you have been using homeopathy for years or just starting out! We will be using renowned homeopath Joette Calabrese Gateway 1 curriculum to guide us. We begin learning the history and basics of classical homeopathy. We then will jump into the Banerji Protocols and methods which is a "modern" look at homeopathy yet used by MD's with over 150 years experience. There is something for everyone to learn no matter where you are at on your homeopathy journey.

Gateway 2 Course: We will continue to dive deeper into homeopathy learning about cell salts, take a more in depth look on materica medica and repertory use as well as learning more Banerji protocols.

TRAVEL ENERGY HEALING

Reiki

Feeling stressed? Maybe you are not sleeping well? Are you having pain?

Reiki is an energy healing practice that can help you feel more calm and less stressed, it can even help promote better sleep. This is a relaxing experience. Some just feel calm while others experience deeper connections of spirituality and feelings of peace.

You can book a half hour, 45 minutes or an hour long session. Reiki can be done while sitting down or laying down. You can add sound healing, crystals, guided imagery and aromatherapy to your experience. Your session will start by getting comfortable, connecting with your breath and getting you grounded. Your session will then begin with energy healing where I will use gentle hand movements to direct the flow of your energy and connect my energy with yours. This has the ability to stimulate your body's own natural healing process.

TRAVEL IONIC FOOT DETOX BATH

Detox!

Are you looking for a safe way to detox? This foot bath uses positive and negative ions to re-energize the body. This machine can help you excrete toxins like heavy metals, yeast, mold, fungus, pesticides and even parasites! It can help with pain relief, headache relief, joint pain and stiffness, promotes better sleep, can help boost the immune system, increase energy levels and even assist with weight loss!

The treatment will begin the detox process and will continue even after the treatment is complete. It is advised to drink lots of water.

The process takes 30 minutes to complete. You will start by immersing your feet into the clean bath water, salt will be added as well as a small array to produce a gentle electrical current. As time passes you will begin to see the toxins come out and the water will change color in result.

This service is safe for almost anyone! Even children ages 4 and up. Children will only need a 15 minute service. It is not advised to have this service done while pregnant, breastfeeding or if you have a pacemaker or an organ transplant.

You can do as often as every 72 hours to begin. Then after about 5-10 sessions you can reduce to once a week and eventually switch to once a month to maintain your health!
