About Galangal:

Saint Hildegard, Saint Hildegard of Bingen i.e. Hildegard von Bingen, the most famous and still recognized herbal expert and healer of the early Middle Ages, writes the following:

“Anyone who has heartache or is at risk of cardiovascular weakness (fainting), immediately consume enough Galangal and you will feel better.”

The reliable cardiac effectiveness of Galangal (A. Galanga, Galangál, Galang, Alpinia galanga, Kha, Kom deng, Puar, Pedagoji, Langkauas, Kholanjan) is one of the most sensational discoveries of Hildegard medicine.

Galangal can improve blood supply to the heart and circulatory system, stimulate digestion, and help fight loss of appetite and gas.

Galangal can be your constant companion for heartaches, heart failure and dizziness.

Galangal, the unleashing elemental force that can effectively protect against circulatory collapse, motion sickness and extreme fatigue.

Galangal must dissolve on the tongue, this is called the “tongue-heart reflex”. In this way, you can prevent heart pain from developing into a heart attack.

Let it slowly dissolve in your mouth. Do not swallow without dissolving or chewing, as a sensitive stomach may react with pressure or pain.

Undesirable side effects are not known.

Thanks to its spicy pungent taste, Galangal opens the narrow coronary arteries and through the tongue-heart reflex brings more oxygen to the heart and better circulation to the heart muscle, so heartaches disappear immediately.

This opening of blood vessels causes an immediate drop in stress-induced high blood pressure.

The anti-inflammatory properties of Galangal also eliminate rheumatic and sciatic pain.

About black hawthorn:

Crataegus nigra i.e. black hawthorn is the rarest type of hawthorn.

Extraordinary heart-strengthening and heart-soothing.

It stimulates blood supply to the heart muscle, has a vasodilating and blood pressure-lowering effect, and is also excellent for coronary artery diseases. It helps to alleviate blood circulation problems and suppresses the development of arteriosclerosis.

It is also recommended for heart complaints in old age and degenerative diseases of the heart muscles. Long-term, continuous consumption is important from the point of view of prevention. It is completely harmless even during long-term use, it does not develop habituation, its active ingredient is non-toxic and does not accumulate in the body.

It can also be consumed during pregnancy. Since it affects the central nervous system, it can be used to treat dizziness, anxiety, rapid heartbeat and shortness of breath. It is also effective against nervous spasms. It has a stress-relieving, calming and hypnotic effect. It reduces the risk of blood clots.
